You can receive notifications directly from your equipment through the Epicor IoT integration or notifications from Kinetic about events to drive new levels of responsiveness and productivity. The Epicor Virtual Agent (EVA) module can be used in Collaborate to ask questions and execute commands using your own words. Share, discuss, and drill down into Data Discovery metrics in Collaborate messages.
